Where we deliver
We deliver within Cape Town and surrounding suburbs that we explicitly support at checkout. If your area isn't shown, WhatsApp us — we may be able to arrange it.
When we deliver
Orders are prepared in batches and delivered on scheduled days for your area. Your confirmation email shows your delivery date. Subscriptions deliver on the same day each cycle unless you change your billing day.
Receiving your order
- Please be available at the address, or leave a cooler box with ice packs in a shaded spot.
- Move the order into a freezer or fridge as soon as it arrives.
- We are not liable for product spoilage caused by failed delivery attempts or by leaving the order out.
Delivery fees
Fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery area and order size.
