Where we deliver

We deliver within Cape Town and surrounding suburbs that we explicitly support at checkout. If your area isn't shown, WhatsApp us — we may be able to arrange it.

When we deliver

Orders are prepared in batches and delivered on scheduled days for your area. Your confirmation email shows your delivery date. Subscriptions deliver on the same day each cycle unless you change your billing day.

Receiving your order

We deliver directly from the butcher and hand orders only to a person — products are never left unattended, so the cold chain is preserved.
Please make sure someone is available at the address on delivery day.
Move the order into a freezer as soon as it arrives.

Delivery fees

One flat fee per order: R85 for the Southern and Northern Suburbs, R120 for the Deep South and Winelands. Orders placed before Wednesday 00:00 are delivered that Friday. See delivery areas and schedule.
