1. What we collect

• Pet details you choose to enter (name, weight, dietary notes, photos).
• Order and delivery information: address, items, special instructions.
• Payment metadata from PayFast (we never see or store your card number).
• Basic technical data: IP, browser, pages visited, for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To fulfil orders, manage subscriptions and deliver to you.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, packing updates).
• To respond to support requests via email or WhatsApp.
• To improve the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors we need to run the service: PayFast (payments), our email provider, and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

We keep order records for as long as legally required (typically 5 years for tax) and account data while your account is active. You may request deletion (see below).

5. Your rights (POPIA)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You can also object to direct marketing.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login, cart and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
