1. Who we are

Bundu & Buzz ("we", "us") is a Cape Town–based supplier of species-appropriate raw food and treats for dogs and cats, operating under a 16hrs For Life philosophy. Contact us on WhatsApp at +27 81 627 7277 or via the website.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has cleared and we have confirmed it by email. We may decline or cancel any order, including for stock, pricing errors, fraud risk, or delivery-area restrictions.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by PayFast. We do not store card details. Subscription charges are taken automatically on your scheduled billing day using a secure payment token.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until paused or cancelled by you from your dashboard, or by us on reasonable notice. You can change quantity, pause, resume or cancel at any time before the next billing date. Charges already taken for an upcoming delivery cannot be refunded once that order has been prepared.

5. Delivery

We deliver only within Cape Town and surrounding areas we explicitly list. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and being available to receive the delivery, or for arranging safe drop-off. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Raw food handling

Our products are raw. You must keep them frozen or refrigerated as instructed and handle them hygienically. Bundu & Buzz is not a complete formulated pet food and information we provide is not veterinary advice. Consult a vet about your pet's diet.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
