Refunds & Returns

Perishable product
Our products are raw and perishable. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or thawed product, or product that has left our temperature-controlled chain.
If something is wrong with your order
If an item is missing, damaged on arrival, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +27 81 627 7277 with a photo. We will replace the affected item on your next delivery or refund it, at our discretion.
Cancellations
- One-off orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until we start preparing them.
- Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled in your dashboard before the next billing date.
- Once a subscription order has been billed and prepared we cannot refund that delivery.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed back to the original PayFast payment method within 5–10 business days.
Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
