Feeding Guidelines

A raw, animal-based diet reflects the way dogs and cats have eaten for most of their evolutionary history. The estimates below are starting points — adjust to your pet's individual needs.

Dogs

Recommended Supplementation

Marine oil drops or whole sardines — used by some raw feeders to broaden dietary variety.

Dogs ~1 g/day · Cats ~0.3 g on Mon/Wed/Fri

Whole Sardines (weekly)

Dogs ~250 g · Cats ~65 g

Egg Supplementation
Dogs
  • 5–10 kg: 1–2 eggs/week
  • 10–25 kg: 2–4 eggs/week
  • 25–40 kg: 4–6 eggs/week

Feed the whole raw egg.

Cats
  • 4–6 kg: 1–2 yolks/week (0.5–1 per serving, 1–2×/week)

Feed the raw yolk only (no whites).

Use fresh, whole eggs.
