Feeding Guidelines
A raw, animal-based diet reflects the way dogs and cats have eaten for most of their evolutionary history. The estimates below are starting points — adjust to your pet's individual needs.
Dogs
grams of raw mix per kg body weight per day
Adult maintenance~5.6 – 11.2 g/kg
Puppies / gestation / lactation~14.0 – 22.4 g/kg
Cats
grams of raw mix per kg body weight per day
Adult maintenance~11.2 – 16.8 g/kg
Kittens / gestation / lactation~19.6 – 28.0 g/kg
Optional additions
Marine Oil Drops (EPA/DHA)
Dogs ~1 g daily · Cats ~0.3 g on alternate days
Whole Sardines (weekly)
Dogs ~250 g · Cats ~65 g per meal, raw or lightly cooked
